We stock a comprehensive selection of PVC & PU conveyor belts in a variety of colours to conform to food quality standards and are FDA approved. Most customers in the food industry lean towards blue coloured conveyor belts now, mainly due to the fact no foods natural colour resembles that of a blue conveyor belt, making it easier to spot anything untoward. White is still commonly used however and the decision tends to come down to the preference of the site.

 

All our PVC & PU conveyor belts can be created bespoke to your requirements, so additional fittings such as flights, sidewalls, tracking guides, edge profiles & corrugated sidewalls can be easily fabricated should you require them. If you require further functionality such as chevron patterns or curved cleats for additional support, we’re able to customise them to the exact specifications required.  

 

A variety of different Ply’s are available (adds incremental support and strength but reduces flexibility) and patterns (e.g diamond back or non cling) are available to suit your requirements, with blue elastic conveyor belts available for functions such as checkweigh belts.
